(1) The Foundation shall be a self-governing body with uninterrupted succession.
(2) The establishment shall have a separate seal for its operations.
(3) The establishment may acquire, use, sell or arrange in any other way movable and immovable property like individuals.
(4) The establishment can file a complaint in its own name as well as an individual and can also file a complaint in the same name against the establishment.
(5) The establishment can enter into contracts with individuals, exercise rights and fulfill obligations according to contracts.
